How to get rid of a stomach ache: Most of the people in the world experience stomach pain one or more times in their lives. Stomach ache is not a serious issue. Sometimes it resolves itself, but if it gets serious, then the people must go to see a doctor and take medicine. 

The stomach pain happens between the chest and pelvic region.

Gas problem 

The reason for the gas problem is the bacteria which is present in this small intestine and breakdown the components of food particles, but these food particles are intolerable for the body then it is produced gas.

Stomach flu

The pain that occurs, in this case, comes with nausea and vomiting. The bacteria or viruses affect most of the problems, and the signs usually resolve within days.


Ulcers are wounds that are not healing up and cause more severe pain. It is caused by the bacteria named H pylori.

Urinary tract infection

The urinary tract infection is commonly caused by the bacteria E Coli, causing infection, pain, pressure, and bloating in the lower abdominal region.

Menstrual Cramp 

Menstruation causes inflammation and pain, bloating, gas, cramping, and constipation. 


Vomiting is also the reason for stomach pain as stomach acids travel behind through the digestive area and disturb the tissues along the path.

Use of Chamomile tea

It is also one of the natural anti-inflammatory elements. It is a cure for stomach pain and cramp.

Use of peppermint 

Peppermint is helpful in the upset stomach and nausea and relieves the pain.

Use of Apple vinegar

Use one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mix with a cup of water and a teaspoon of honey, and drink up slowly. It is helpful in the neutralization of the upset stomach.
