How to make alfredo sauce
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tbsp of garlic paste
2 cups heavy cream
2 pinch of teaspoon pepper
Half cup grated Parmesan cheese
Quarter cup mozzarella cheese
Put the non-stick pan on medium flame melt the butter in it. Add garlic paste, cream milk, and pepper, keep cooking on low flame, and stirring with a wooden spoon.
Now add crushed parmesan cheese and keep cooking on low flame for about 8 to 10 minutes, and you will notice that sauce become thick and creamy.
Now at the end, add mozzarella cheese. And keep stirring so that the sauce dont stick or burn with the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, and here it is, ready to add to your favorite dish.
You can also add crushed boiled chicken, bacon, mushrooms, and olives.
How to make fettuccine alfredo
1 large chopped Onion
3-4 tbsp of tomato paste
2 large green chilies
1 cup boiled peas
Red and green bells
3-4 tbsp of Olive oil
1 cup of Boiled crushed chicken
Parsley and chopped almonds to garnish
Add olive oil to the pan and add chopped onion. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
When it is done, add tomato paste and green chilies and cook for 2 minutes.
Add two tbsp of water if necessary.
Add chopped red and green bells and again cook until these are softened, firm and juicy inside.
Now add crushed boil chicken, salt, pepper, and cumin.
Now add boiled Fettuccine and stir well.
Add alfredo sauce and mix well.
Garnish with parsley and chopped almonds.
