How to make an Omelet?

Are you bord by eating scrambled egg, jam, or butter daily in breakfast? Want to eat a juicy omelet before starting your day? We remember that in our childhood young and elder everyone like to eat omelet in breakfast and thus we also like to share omelet recipes. Suppose you are a beginner in the kitchen and want to make a perfect omelet, so keep reading this how-to article. I will guide you on preparing an omelet step by step like a professional.

How to make a classic omelet

Some of us dont like potatoes, onions, potatoes, etc., in omelets they want to make a plain omelet for breakfast with toast and tea. So, this is a classic recipe for those.

Ingredients

1 whole egg

Few chopped parsley leaves

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Green onion sliced and chopped (optional)

Vegetable oil for cooking

Preparation

Add the raw egg to a deep bowl and whisk well. 

Now add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Put the pan on medium flame and add vegetable oil to it.

Directly pour the omelet mixture into the pan with great care.

Cook for one minute on one side, then flip your omelet with a spatula, or you can use a plate to change the side.

While cooking, keep shaking the pan so the omelet can’t burn or stick.

One for one minute and then serve on. a plate with toast and tea or juice. Enjoy!!!

Potato omelet

A potato omelet is the best breakfast for everyone.

2 whole eggs 

1 white onion

Few coriander leaves

2 green chilies

1 large potato

2 pinch salt

2 pinch pepper

1 pinch of cumin

Preparation

After washing and peeling the potato,  cut them in 2mm thin round slices.

Take the onion peel and chop it with a sharp knife. Also, chop the green chilies and coriander leaves.

Now get started with the frying of potatoes. Put the pan on medium heat and add olive oil to it.

Add sliced potatoes in it and fry it for just two minutes. While frying, keep the pan shaking so that the potatoes cant stick or burn in the pan. Now keep a kitchen paper on a plate and put the fried potatoes. 

Take a bowl to add a raw egg, chopped onion, chilies, salt, pepper, and cumin in it, and whisk well.

Add vegetable oil to the pan and pour the omelet mixture on medium flame.

Now add the potatoes to it and cover the omelet with the slices of fried omelet.

Flip the omelet to cook the other side of the omelet. You can also use the plate to flip the omelet.

Cook for 2 minutes. When the omelet cooks on both sides, put it on a plate and serve with toast. 

Tip: Try to cut the thin slices of the potatoes to cook easily in less time.

Cheese Omelet

If you are bored with the omelet and want something new, tastier in the omelet so you can add cheese init to make it more creamy and juicy.

2 whole eggs

1 white onion chopped

1 tomato peeled and chopped

Few chopped coriander or parsley leaves

2 small size chopped  green chilies

2 pinch salt

Two pinch pepper

2 slices of cheese or crushed cheese

Preparation 

Take a bowl, add raw eggs, chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chili, crushed cheese, salt, and pepper, and whisk well to make a mixture.

Add the vegetable oil to the pan on medium flame. Add chopped onion and cook for 1 minute.

Now add omelet mixture to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. While cooking, keep checking with a spatula that it dont burn or stick.

Change the side of the cheese omelet to cook the other side. Use the plate or lid of the pan to flip.

Cook for 2 minutes or until the omelet is golden.

Surve it on a plate with toast and tea to your family and enjoy.
